Our opening hours are Wednesday & Thursday 4pm - 9pm, Friday 4pm - 11pm, Saturday 10am - 11pm and Sunday 10am - 6pm.

Do I need to pre-book?
We are located on Nuffield Industrial Estate, 42 Harwell Road, Poole, Dorset, BH17 0GE.
No, pre-booking is not essential however we strongly recommend to avoid disappointment.
Do I need to pay for a ticket if I am just spectating?
IS the venue accessible for Wheelchair users?
We just ask for a small booking fee of £2.50 (redeemable drink included) so that our system knows how many guests we have at our venue at any one time. If you decide you wish to play please see a member of staff and we can upgrade your ticket on arrival or even during the session (subject to availability).
Our venue is spread across 2 floors, unfortunately we do not have a lift to access the second floor but the ground floor area is accessible for wheelchair users. We also have a disabled access toilet.
Do you sell food and drinks?
Yes! We offer a wide range of food and drinks for children and adults! We also have a fully licensed bar and can offer the sale of alcohol after 11am.
Do you have any parking?
We have a limited number of parking spaces available outside the arcade free of charge. We also have free parking on neighbouring roads near by.
I AM running late for my session, what can I do?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late. We will aim to move your tickets into the next time slot, subject to availability.
I need to reschedule my booking, can you help?
Yes, provided we are given 24 hours notice or more we are more than willing to reschedule your booking, subject to availability.
Are children able to attend without an adult?
Children 12 years and under are required to have an adult / guardian (18+) present with them onsite at all times. Children aged 13 and over may attend without an adult with permission from their parent/guardian.
Do you do birthday parties?
Yes! We offer birthday party packages for children, teenagers and even adults! Please see our party page for more details or drop us an email for further details - info@insanityarcade.com
I wish to book a party but cannot pay in full at the time of booking, do you have flexible payment options?
Yes, we offer the option to book parties with a 30% non refundable deposit, and the remaining balance can be paid 14 days before arrival. Please contact us on info@insanityarcade.com to book the flexible payment option.
I have a party booked, when should I arrive?
Please ensure you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your selected time slot. This is to ensure we do not go over our capacity during the busier periods while other guests are inside the arcade.
how do I book my food order for a party?
Upon arrival we will give you a food ordering sheet. You mark off how many of each meal and then the time you would like it to be ready and then hand it back to us at the bar.
Do you offer adult only sessions?
Yes, Friday and Saturday night sessions from 8pm are adult (over 18) only.
When do you serve hot food?
During term time the kitchen is open weekdays from 4pm - 8pm, 11am - 9pm on Saturdays and 11am - 5.30pm on Sundays. During school holidays the kitchen is open weekdays from 11am - 8pm.
Can I hire out the venue?
Yes, our private venue hire options start from £400. We can offer venue hire any time / any day of the week. Please contact info@insanityarcade.com for further information.
Lost property
We will hold any items left behind for 1 month so please contact us if you think you have left something at the arcade. Please note that personal possessions brought into the arcade are the owners responsibility and the arcade will not be held accountable for lost items.
